HELEN COOPER Age 76, died Tuesday, August 25th at home in Norco where she resided with her daughter and caregiver Peggy Hasart. Born in Jefferson City MO, Helen lived in Corona for 46 years. She worked for Mervyn’s in Corona before retiring in 1995. Before Helen was debilitated from arthritis in her back and then cancer, she was active in the community and served as a volunteer at the Corona Regional Medical Center. She is a past President of the Starlight Rebekah Lodge #231 in Corona. Helen was preceded in death by her husband DeForest Cooper. She is survived by her three daughters, Marilyn Logan of Corona, Linda Foster of Palmdale and Peggy Hasart of Norco; a son DeForest Lee Cooper of Riverside; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Mary Ann Creason and Joy Griffin both of Talladega Alabama. A memorial service will be held at Crossroads Christian Church on Saturday September 12th at 11:00AM.
