EDWARD R. HURLEY
Edward was a free spirit, a man wise beyond his years and a joy to his friends and family. He worked at San Antonio Community Hospital for 28 years. But his true love was nature whether fly fishing in the Sierras, sailing, or adventuring to the outskirts of Baja. He loved to learn and he loved to teach. He was charming and fun but could be quite the curmudgeon. Ed is survived by his son Cory, grandsons Jacob and Mason, brother Mark, sister Madeline, nephews and nieces, and his long time girlfriend, Patti Norcutt. At Ed’s request, no services were performed but those who knew him will never forget him.
