Freda M. Riga 1929-2010 Freda M. Riga was born in San Pedro on July 23, 1929 and passed away on July 27, 2010 at home in Lakewood, CA surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her loving husband Tony; her children, Tony, Jr. and Ron (Betty) Riga; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
