Carolyn Fay Honeycutt
Beloved Mother, Granny, and Nanny passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010. She went to the beautiful gardens of heaven where she can now rest peacefully. She was very brave, fighting cancer for the last 1 1/2 years. She is survived by her four beautiful girls, “my girls” she called them: Robin Rhoton, June Hamilton, Ann Tussey, and Joann Hunt; eight grandchildren: Lisa, Timothy, Kristi, Paul, Summer, Megan, Jessica, and Brandon; and four great-grandchildren: Tara, Rebecca, Madison, and Austin. Mama loved pier fishing in North Carolina and she just loved working outside in her rose gardens and vegetable gardens. She loved to laugh and make you smile. She loved animals…all animals. She was just a very special lady in so many ways, but what she loved the most was her girls and her family. If you knew her, I’m sure she touched your heart in some way. To quote one of her dear friends, “you take a lot of love with you but you leave a lot of love behind.” So, precious Mama, we will forever hold you in our hearts and miss you very much. In lieu of flowers, please dedicate a donation to the, or Memorial Hospice of Santa Rosa, California in her name. DANIELS CHAPEL OF THE ROSES FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES 525-3730
